At Royal Chrono, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces. If your purchase does not completely meet your expectations, we are here to help you make it right.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your watch to request a return or an exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, your timepiece must be returned in the exact condition you received it. This means:

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unaltered.

  • It must have all original protective plastics, tags, and stickers intact.

  • It must be in its original packaging, including the luxury watch box, warranty card, and any booklets or promotional items included with the shipment.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our concierge team at support@royalchronostore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues (Defects)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue right away and cover all costs to replace your timepiece.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new timepiece.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
